Clear plastic template manufactured to fit the PCA® Bold ScallopEdge Tool. Available in four sizes. Small, Medium, Large and Mega. Oval shape with scallop around the perimeter. The darker line is an embossing line if desired, using the PCA® Small ball tool. After embossing use the PCA® Bold ScallopEdge to cut around the inside perimeter. Decorate the outside as required. Use finished item as a window on a card to highlight a picture beneath. The smallest oval can be used more than once on the front of card. You may wish to have 2, 3 or even 4 cut outs with pictures beneath.
