A template designed to make a Basket for that special occasion or gift. Bordered by FINE Large and Small Scallop EasyEdge using the PCA® Fine Large & Small ScallopEdge Tools. Complete the pattern on the template and then finish off with your own additional perforations, colourings, embellishments etc. Or just simply use the outline to create the base basket, and then completely re-design with your own patterns of perforations and embossing. (Be sure to emboss the dotted fold lines as this gives you an easy fold guide line). A clear sharp embossing result is easily achieved with excellent depth using the PCA® Micro Ball Tool. Very quick and easy to use. Place vellum on top of template. Hold vellum in position with small pieces of ‘Blu-Tack’ or similar. Not necessary to use a light box unless using paper or card stock. Emboss the lines as desired, then turn template (with paper still attached) over, place in position on your perforating mat. Finish off by using the Large Fine and Small ScallopEdge tools around the top of the basket and handle areas. Follow this by cutting around base of basket area as shown on template. After completing this stage, further embellish as desired or alternatively combine this template with any other PCA® Template. Finally follow the gluing steps as outlined on the template.
